My laptop is ruining my life
Back when I had crap for processing power and a tiny passive-matrix screen, I was much more productive. Reading, studying, playing musical instruments, getting stuff done for my various clubs… I was a lean, mean efficiency machine. Now look at me: on Monday I missed a QMO meeting because I was, what? — playing Civ III.
Now instead of my evenings being filled with useful productive work, I find myself in front of my computer doing more-or-less diddly-squat. Fortunately, I know what I’m capable of now, and I know that there actually are enough hours in a day (it just requires a bit of planning). I’m hoping that maybe the “new toy” feeling will wear off soon and I’ll be able to get back to the important things in life.

Perhaps if you went and studied in between classes instead of going back to rez and doing this entry (which I *think* you did, but the timestamp is screwed…there’s no way you posted this at 9:16am, I’m guessing it’s on Regina time), you’d do better.

Or maybe he posted right before he left for biochem. Freaking early biochem. It makes me sad when I realize how many hours in a day I waste and how much more I could be doing. Computer games do ruin your life, don’t they…;)

He was at a QMO interview then, so he couldn’t have posted then :p
This doesn’t sound stalkerish, not at all…
