Whole wheat cookies?

Feeling a little crazy last night, I baked some chocolate chip cookies—with whole wheat flour. Conclusion: they taste good, though not as good as a batch with all-purpose flour. However, I think that the whole wheat flavour would go really well with raisin-based cookies, and will be making some whole wheat oatmeal raisin in the future.

Note: Considering how much sugar is in the cookies, there’s really no reason to do this substitution for health reasons.
